Single tablet of digoxin is unlikely to cause any adverse effect in a person wih otherwise normal heart and a good kidney function. It will be excreted by the kidney gradually. Even in a person with heart disease, single extra dose of digoxin will not produce much problem if the kidney function is good. Anyway, it is always better to consult your physician.
