Rotated chest x-ray with prominent aorta. Apparent tracheal shift to the right is due to rotation. Medial end of right clavicle is seen farther away from the spine than the medial end of left clavicle, indicating the rotation to right side. The shadow to the right of trachea is likely to be that of superior vena cava.
